Small Tourmaline Lace Earrings
Elegant and weightless, these earrings are made with faceted multi-colored Tourmaline, silk, and polyester thread. They are produced using the 18th century technique of tatting, or shuttle lace. Using fingers and a shuttle, tatting produces an interlacing of rings and chains formed by knots, creating extremely intricate patterns. Each pair of earrings are handmade by European artisans using semi-precious stones, silk, and polyester threads. The earring hooks are 14k gold plate overlaying brass.
Petite earring measures approximately 1 1/16" long, 7/16" wide.
Small earring measures approximately 1 1/4" long, 1" wide.
Large earring measures approximately 2 1/4" long, 1 1/4" wide.
