Tourmaline Lace Earrings
Elegant and weightless, these earrings are made with faceted Tourmaline, silk, and polyester thread. They are produced using the 18th century technique of tatting, or shuttle lace. Using fingers and a shuttle, tatting produces an interlacing of rings and chains formed by knots, creating extremely intricate patterns. Each pair of earrings are handmade by European artisans using semi-precious stones, silk, and polyester threads. The earring hooks are 14k gold plate overlaying brass.
